Most training is built to be presented. The programs that actually change behavior are built to be facilitated.
I bring more than 20 years of learning and development experience to every engagement, including several years leading L&D design and delivery for a large health system. Before that, I spent two decades as a professional on-air broadcaster in Washington, DC, New York, and Philadelphia. Reading a room and adjusting in real time was the job, and it's the same instinct behind every workshop, orientation, and leadership session I facilitate today.
AllSett Consulting partners with organizations on:
The strategy only works if someone can actually deliver it. That's the part most L&D consulting skips.

Your team isn't avoiding AI because they're disengaged — they're avoiding it because no one has met them where they are. Jacqui Allen-Settles has spent more than 20 years designing training that makes complicated material usable for real teams, and AI is no exception. The same plain-language approach used in ASC's AI literacy work with schools and community groups applies here: no jargon, no fear-based rules, just a shared way of thinking your team can actually use, whether that's five people or fifty.
The real risk isn't that your team uses AI. It's that no one ever showed them how to use it well.

Most eLearning gets treated like a formality: record a slide deck, add a quiz, call it training. It rarely works because good eLearning has to do the one thing a live classroom does for free: hold someone's attention when there's no one in the room to hold it for you.
Jacqui Allen Settles spent her career solving from both sides. She started as a junior art director at J. Walter Thompson, spent two decades in broadcasting, learning to connect with an audience she couldn't see, and has since spent her years designing instructional programs, including onboarding and orientation content for a large health system. That combination of design, video, and instructional experience means a module can go from concept to finished product without being handed off to three different vendors.
One company, one creative eye, from strategy to final cut.

From corporate teams to middle and high school classrooms, AllSett Consulting makes AI real, relevant, and actionable. We design and facilitate programs that build genuine AI literacy, not hype, so your people can use these tools with confidence, creativity, and good judgment.
Offerings include AI literacy workshops for students, organizational AI literacy programs, keynotes, and panels. AllSett Consulting facilitates honest, interactive conversations grounded in real concerns, real workloads, and real resistance, helping teams move from avoidance to action. Every program is available virtually, in-person, or in a hybrid format, and every engagement begins with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call.
From Avoidance to Action: AI Literacy for Today's Workforce Keynote + Facilitated Discussion: A 60–90-minute keynote with facilitated Q&A, designed for all-hands meetings, leadership summits, and conference audiences. Attendees leave with a practical framework they can act on immediately.
AI Literacy in Practice Half-Day Workshop: An interactive, customized workshop that builds shared AI vocabulary and practical frameworks for your specific team and industry.
AI Readiness Roundtable Series Multi-Session Program: A 3–5-session program that builds AI readiness progressively across a team or department, customized to your organization's tools, culture, and workforce. The most comprehensive and lasting option.
I've had three careers. They all led to the same place.
Chapter one: I started in advertising, where I learned that how something looks shapes whether people understand it or ignore it.
Chapter two: I spent years as a broadcast personality, where I learned that how something sounds determines whether people trust it or tune it out.
Chapter three: I spent more than 20 years in Learning & Development, most recently leading instructional design, new employee orientation, and creative services at Kaiser Permanente Mid-Atlantic, where I learned that how something is designed, strategically, visually, and experientially, determines whether people actually learn from it.
Those three chapters don't sit separately in my work. They operate together in every engagement I take on.
For more than 20 years, I have helped organizations build workforce capability, designing learning strategies, developing instructional content, and facilitating programs that move people from where they are to where they need to be.
My instructional design work spans the full spectrum, from needs assessment and learning architecture through fully produced, 508-compliant eLearning content. My facilitation runs just as deep. I have designed and delivered programs for healthcare professionals, administrative teams, and organizational leaders, including an AI Literacy Roundtable Series that built practical AI awareness across a diverse workforce. Earlier in my career, I designed and delivered facilitation and technical training for a federal government agency, giving me firsthand experience with the unique learning culture, compliance requirements, and workforce dynamics of the public sector.
What sets my work apart is what I bring to it. As a former television broadcaster and radio personality in major markets including New York, Washington, DC, and Philadelphia, and an active member of SAG-AFTRA as a professional voice artist, I know what it takes to hold an audience, read a room, and keep people engaged when attention is the hardest thing to earn. That experience means I bring broadcast-quality presence to every eLearning course I narrate and every room I facilitate. Most L&D projects require a separate voice artist. My clients don't.
That depth of communication is grounded in formal design training. A graduate of New York City's prestigious High School of Art and Design, I began my career as a Jr. Art Director at J. Walter Thompson. I bring an agency-level creative eye to every piece of learning content I build.
The result is learning strategy and execution that work together seamlessly, from the first needs assessment through the final facilitated session. For organizations navigating AI adoption, workforce transformation, or the need for learning content that genuinely lands, that integration makes all the difference.
Whether you're ready to book an engagement or just exploring what's possible, the best next step is a simple conversation. Every AllSett Consulting engagement begins with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call — no obligation, no pressure, just an honest discussion about where your organization is and what it needs.
